脑钠肽对急性左心衰诊断价值的临床研究 被引量：11

摘要 目的研究检测脑钠肽(BNP)对急性左心力衰竭患者的诊断价值。方法荧光免疫法测定呼吸困难患者75例(心衰组56例、非心衰组19例)血浆BNP,心脏超声测定心脏左室射血分数(LVEF)。结果急性心衰患者BNP水平明显高于非心衰患者[(689±66):(45±7)];以105ng/L为正常参考值,BNP诊断心衰的敏感性为92.8%(52/56),特异性94.74%(18/19),排除心衰的预测价值93.3%(70/75);心衰患者BNP水平与LVEF负相关(r=-0.60,P<0.01)。结论荧光免疫法即时检测BNP诊断心衰敏感且特异,可作为急性呼吸困难鉴别诊断的一个观察指标。
