摘要
本文构建了基于3G技术的手机图书馆结构及其服务平台,并从面向图书馆馆员的无线应用和面向读者服务的无线应用两个角度对基于3G技术的手机图书馆服务进行了探讨。
3G is the third-generation mobile communication technology which provides a great technical platform for developing the mobile library.This paper establishes the framework of the 3G mobile phone libraries and its service platform and gives a new research on 3G mobile phone library services from the perspectives of wireless application to librarian and reader services.
