摘要
目的:观察芪连消渴方对2型糖尿病气阴两虚型患者胰岛素抵抗的改善,探讨中医治疗2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的临床疗效及作用机理。方法:选择符合2型糖尿病气阴两虚患者共60例,随机分为两组,对照组30例用糖适平治疗,治疗组30例在对照组治疗的基础上加芪连消渴方治疗。结果:两组的FPG、2HPG和HbA1 c治疗前后均有显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),且治疗后相比对照组FPG有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗组FINS、IL-6、CRP、TNF-a含量治疗后均显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),IAI明显升高(P<0.05),且优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:糖适平联合芪连消渴方能有效改善2型糖尿病气阴两虚型患者的各项中医临床症状,作用明显优于单用糖适平。能明显降低血糖,调节炎症因子,从而改善胰岛素抵抗。
Objective：To observe the improvement of insulin resistance on typeⅡdiabetes with deficiency of both Qi and Yin treated by Qilian Xiaoke formula and discuss the clinical effect and mechanism of action.Method： 60 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups.30 cases in the control group were treated by Gliguidone and 30 cases in the treatment group treated by Qilian Xiaoke formula and Gliguidone.Results： FPG,2HPG and HbA1c decreased before and after treatment（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）in two groups and FPG had significant deviation after treatment in the control group（P〈0.05）.The contents of FINS,IL-6,CRP and TNF-a decreased markedly after treatment in the treatment group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）and IAI increased（P〈0.05）which were superior to that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Gliguidone united Qilian Xiaoke formula could improve clinical symptom of TCM in typeⅡdiabetes with deficiency of both Qi and Yin and the effect surpass Gliguidone used simplely.The Therapy could decrease blood glucose,regulate inflammatory factors,thus it could improve insulin resistance.
