槲皮素抗肿瘤的分子机制研究进展 被引量:34

摘要 目的:通过介绍槲皮素抗肿瘤的分子机制研究进展,阐明槲皮素抗肿瘤作用的多环节、多靶点性,为槲皮素抗肿瘤的应用研究提供新的研究方法和思路。方法:将国内外学者在槲皮素抗肿瘤的基因调控、信号转导和逆转多药耐药等方面分子机制研究成果和研究现状做一全面阐述,探讨槲皮素抗肿瘤的研究方向和切入点。结果:从分子水平和作用靶点研究槲皮素抗肿瘤作用具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。结论:槲皮素在抗癌作用方面具有广泛的应用前景和开发价值,今后应深入研究其抗肿瘤的作用机制及临床应用。
