国外大米加工研究现状及进展 被引量:6

The status quo and progress of rice processing and research abroad

摘要 大米是关系国计民生的重要战略物资,受到世界各国的普遍重视,大米加工也是一个很活跃的研究领域。本文对国外大米加工研究的现状及研究最新进展进行了论述,并将我国大米的加工研究现状与国外进行了对比,提出了我国与国外在该领域存在的差距。 Rice is an important strategic material relating to national welfare and people's livelihood,and much attention were taken to it in countries around the world.The rice processing research is very active.The status quo and newly research progress of rice processing abroad were expounded and were also compared to those in our country.The gap between our country and foreign countries in this field was presented in the end.
