摘要
以沙特AL-JOUF5000t/d水泥熟料生产线PA总线仪表的应用为例,逐一分析了调试和试生产期间PA仪表的各类故障现象、产生原因和处理措施,从而总结归纳出PA仪表故障的主要原因是干扰和安装质量。在此基础上,提出PA仪表在安装施工中的注意事项。
The malfunctions, causes and the countermeasures of PA bus instrument were analysed one by one based on its Application in AL-JOUF 5 000 t/d cement production line of Suadi Arabia, and it was summarized that the main causes were electromagnetism in- terference and installation quality. Finally, the cautions in PA instrument installation were pufforward.
