摘要
水稻的抽穗期是决定品种地区与季节适应性的重要农艺性状。光周期是影响抽穗的主要外在因素。文章对已被克隆控制水稻抽穗期的8种基因SE5、Hdl(Sel)、Hd6、Hd3a、OsGI、Ehd1〔EF(t)〕、Ghd7和RID1/Ehd2/OsId1及其参与光周期信号调控网络的进展进行了综述。
Heading period is an important agronomic trait,which is responsible for the regional and seasonal adaptation of rice varieties.Among environmental factors,the photoperiod is a key regulator of heading period.In this review,it focused on recent advances in the isolation of eight genes,which was SE5,Hdl(Sel),Hd6,Hd3a,OsGI,Ehd1(EF(t)),Ghd7,RID1/Ehd2/OsId1,involved in heading period control and regulatory network of photoperiodic control in rice.
