摘要
运用自编的《高校管理人员工作满意度调查问卷》对浙江省11所高校577名管理人员进行调查分析,得出8个工作满意度构成因子。对各满意度因子随人口统计学变量的变化趋势进行性别差异分析发现:35岁及以下年龄段中,"工作回报"因子存在非常显著性别差异,女性高于男性;正高职称者在"组织氛围"、中层管理者在"工作成就"因子上存在显著性别差异,女性低于男性。建议完善全面薪酬体系,改进管理组织结构,推进蕴含性别敏感度的组织文化建设。
A job satisfaction survey for college managers was taken with self- made questionnaire. The sample includes 577 managers from 11 colleges of Zhejiang Province and the result shows that there are 8 factors consisted of gender differences. And the further analysis of gender differences conducted with the demography variables shows that the "rewards of work" factor is of significance under the age group of 35 years old, and female' s is higher. There are significant gender differences for high professionals in "organizational climate" factor, and for middle - level managers in "work achievement" factor, and men's are higher. We should perfect the whole compensation system, improve management organizational structure, and promote organization culture construction implicating gender sensitivity.
