摘要
通过将网络技术、专家系统引入遥感震害识别,能利用遥感影像判读专家的专家知识和经验指导非专业人员进行震害识别,解决判读结果因人而异的问题,尤其在应急反应阶段重大意义。本文以Visual Studio 2005为工具,利用C#语言,在ASP.NET平台下构建了B/S结构的遥感影像震害识别专家系统。根据震害遥感影像特征及不同地物损毁的判读标志,提出了模糊加权产生式规则知识表示方法,并结合Oracle数据库实现了震害识别专家知识库。系统采用正向推理策略,通过网络环境,支持用户交互,并指导用户进行典型震害的识别。
By combining web technology,expert system with remote sensing earthquake disaster recognition,the image interpretation expertise can be used to guide other people,which are very meaningful in terms of solving the problem of lack universal standard for interpretation result,especially during emergency response time.A web-based earthquake disaster recognition expert system was constructed using C# language and ASP.NET technology.With weighted fuzzy production rules and Oracle database,this paper constructed an expert knowledge base for earthquake disaster recognition.Using forward inference strategy,the system can receive users ' input from internet and instruct people identify typical earthquake disaster.
