摘要
通过对滹沱河特大桥跨京广连续箱梁结构体系转换施工技术的研究,重点阐述了箱梁不利变形的应对措施、箱梁的合龙段的质量控制、临时固结及抗倾覆措施等关键技术。施工中通过对砂箱的拆除顺序以及合龙段的临时锁定等措施,确保了梁体体系顺利转化。
Through research on the system conversion construction technologies in Hutuo River Extra-large Bridge crossing Beijing-Guangzhou continuous box beam structure,this paper elaborates mainly key technologies,such as the countermeasures for adverse deformation of box beams,quality control,temporary consolidation and anti-overturning measures of the closure segments in box beams.With the measures of sequencing the sandbox dismantling and temporary locking of the closure segments,smooth conversions of beam systems are ensured in the construction.
