疏血通注射液对脑梗死病人血清同型半胱氨酸的影响 被引量：5

摘要 目的观察疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及对血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)含量的影响。方法将73例急性脑梗死病人随机分为疏血通注射液治疗组(治疗组,31例)和复方丹参注射液治疗组(对照组,42例),观察两组治疗前后血清Hcy含量的变化。结果治疗组愈显率为77.42%,对照组愈显率为50.00%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血清Hcy含量均有下降(P<0.05),但治疗组下降更为明显(P<0.05)。结论疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死可显著提高临床疗效。
