摘要
在界定相关国有企业改制内涵的基础上,从陕西国有纺织企业改制的现状出发,分析存在的问题,并结合陕西某国有棉纺企业的财务指标,提出改善陕西国有纺织企业改制绩效的对策建议。
On the basis of defining the related connotation of state-owned enterprises remanufacture,from present situation of the Shaanxi state-owned textile enterprises remanufacture,it analyzed existent question,and took a Shaanxi state-owned cotton textile enterprise as an example,proposed suggestions of improving the Shaanxi state-owned textile enterprise remanufacture achievement.
