摘要
设计了基于进、出油电磁阀控制的汽车制动踏板模拟器,分析了电控液压制动系统中踏板模拟器的工作原理,应用AMESim软件建立了汽车制动踏板模拟器的动力学模型,联合Matlab软件设计了踏板特性跟踪的PID控制策略。通过实例,仿真分析了重要参数对踏板特性的影响规律,为设计具有良好制动感觉的制动踏板提供依据。
A Brake Pedal Emulator controlled by two solenoids is presented in this paper.From its working principle,the dynamic model of Brake Pedal Emulator is established using AMESim software.Also,the PID control algorithm is designed using MATLAB software.A typical example is given by numerical co-simulation and the influence of some important parameters on the pedal characteristics is obtained.The results show that good braking feel can be provided by the Brake Pedal Emulator.
