摘要
针对现有机床动力卡盘存在的关键问题,提出一种用液压滑环配油的新型液压回转油缸方案,将平面端面油膜密封技术应用到回转油缸中,并在考虑黏度变化的情况下对密封端面处的泄漏和摩擦转矩进行理论分析。最后,通过实验证明了理论分析的正确性,为液压回转油缸的实际应用奠定了基础。
A new kind of rotating hydraulic cylinder with oil allocation with the hydraulic slipping to realize the plane face seal by oil film was proposed to apply in the power chuck for the machine tool. The oil leakage form and the friction torque on the seal face were analyzed theoretically taking the oil viscosity change into account. The experiments proved the correctness of the analysis, providing a basis for the practical application of the rotating hydraulic cylinder.
