灯盏花素治疗早期糖尿病肾病68例疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察灯盏花素注射液治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的疗效。方法将68例DN患者随机分为对照组与治疗组各34例,对照组给予糖尿病常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予灯盏花素注射液。观察治疗前后两组患者空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HBA1c)、24小时尿微量白蛋白(UAE)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)的变化情况。结果疗程结束后,治疗组24小时尿微量白蛋白减少,治疗前后相比及与对照组相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论灯盏花素注射液对早期糖尿病肾病有较好疗效。
