摘要
目的探讨健康教育路径在腹腔镜子宫切除患者的应用效果。方法 2008年6月至2009年6月,按随机数字表法将120例子宫肌瘤患者分为观察组和对照组各60例,观察组采用临床路径健康教育,即针对患者住院不同时段制定标准的健康教育内容,按健康教育路径实施健康教育;对照组采用传统健康教育形式。结果观察组在心理焦虑、应对能力及治疗与护理知识了解等方面都优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜子宫切除手术患者实施健康教育路径可提高患者生活质量,减轻焦虑,提高患者自理能力,增进健康,减少医疗纠纷,提高患者满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of health education pathway in patients following laparoscopic hysterotomy.Methods From June 2008 to June 2009,120 patients following laparoscopic hysterotomy were divided into control group(n=60) and observation group(n=60).A clinical pathway of heath education was adopted in the tobservation group.For these patients,the health education content was formulated with different periods of patients' hospitalization in accordance with the implementation of health education health education path.The control group received routine health education.Results The anxiety rate,coping ability and knowledge about treatment and nursing in the observation group were superior to those in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Health education pathway for the patients following laparoscopic hysterotomy can enhance the quality of life,alleviate anxiety,improve selfcare ability,promote health,reduce medical dispute and increase nursing satisfying rate.
