摘要
随着我国准时化物流需求逐渐增多,尤其是加入WTO后,外资物流公司在华开展业务的限制不断放宽,越来越多的跨国物流公司纷纷看好我国物流业广阔的发展空间和巨大潜力而进入我国,拉开了全面进攻的架式。面对外资物流公司在中国兼并收购步伐的加快,政府和企业必须对此高度重视并尽快制定相应的政策和措施,提升本土物流行业的竞争力。文中从跨国物流公司在华并购的现状入手,分析了跨国物流公司在华并购的影响,并提出了我国政府和企业应对的策略。
With our demand of Modern logistics increasing,business restrictions of foreign logistics corporation be reduced,more and more international logistics corporation join into our country.In foreign logistics company mergers accelerated the pace of china,the government and enterprises must attach importance to this and formulate corresponding policies and measures to improve the competitiveness of local logistics industry.The article analysis the impact of mergers,and gives some constructive suggestions for our government and enterprises.
