摘要
随着社会转型和高速的城市化进程,城市人口、建筑高度集中,公共空间安全隐患增多。本文通过分析解放碑地区高层建筑与裙房以及其外部环境防火安全存在的问题和特定地块防火设计模式,在一定程度避免火灾的发生、控制其蔓延或在有限的实践内加快人们救援逃生速度。
With the social transformation and the rapid development of urbanization,the urban population and buildings are highly concentrated and compacted,which have increased the security risks in the public space.This paper,based on the analysis of the fire safety design model in the specific blocks,based on the existing problems of fire safety in the high-rise buildings and based on the podium including its external environment located in Jiefang Bei District,is meant to reduce the possibility of fires,to control the expansion of fire damage,and to accelerate the pace of rescue and escape in a limited given period of time.
