摘要
锅炉炉膛安全监控系统(FSSS)作为大型燃煤机组的主要保护装置之一,在设计上的不完善将给机组的安全运行带来极大的威胁。结合潍坊发电有限公司燃烧系统主、辅设备及分散控制系统的特点,从控制逻辑的设计、信号的投切、MFT硬接线回路的设计等方面进行了优化,最大限度地提高了锅炉运行的安全性和可靠性。
The furnace safety supervision system(FSSS) is one of main protection devices of large-scale coal-fired units.The imperfection of design of FSSS poses a great threat to the unit safe operation.Combining with the features of main and auxiliary equipments and distributed control system of the combustion system of Weifang Power Generation Company Limited,the control logic design,the signal switchover and the design of the MFT hardware connecting circuit were optimized;so the safety and reliability of the boiler operation had been maximized.
