摘要
本文通过对 Candida antarctica生产的生物表面活性剂甘露糖赤藓糖醇酯( MEL )的分离条件的研究 ,得到了该生物表面活性剂分离的最佳条件∶硅胶粒径 2 0 0目 ,洗脱剂为氯仿丙酮混合溶剂 ,配比分别是 7∶ 3( MEL - A)与 6∶ 4 ( MEL - B) ,洗脱速率为 0 .2 5ml/min,洗脱剂用量为 4 0 0 ml/g MEL。对 MEL表面性质的研究发现其具有较好的表面活性 。
WT5BZ]In this paper,the optimum separation condition of biosurfactant mannosylerythritol lipid(MEL)produced by Candida antarctica was obtained as follows:the diameter of silica gel was 200 mesh;the eluate was the mixture of chloroform and acetone,and their ration was 7 to 3 for MEL A and 6 to4 for MEL B;the eluting rate was 0 25 ml/min and the eluate volume was 400 ml/g MEL.Furthermore,MEL showed excellent surface activity through the test of its surface property,and could be applied in many field as a good natural surfactant.
