摘要
套色控制是多色印刷过程中必备的工艺。设计了一种基于机器视觉的印刷套色控制方法。通过摄像头获取独特的色标图案,再建立一种快速查找表,确定各种色标颜色的范围,用行程长编码技术来进行图像重构,并以此来计算图案重心的位置,并与标准位置进行比较,判断套印是否有偏差。实验证明利用该方法能同时检测12种以上颜色,检测周期短,适应于高速印刷机的多色套准。
Automatic register control is the core of the whole printers'control system,it is the key factor for deciding the printing precision.In this paper,a machine vision based register control system is designed to be used in chromatic printing machine.Firstly,the image of color marks is obtained by CCD(Charge Coupled Device).A Fast Look-Up-Table(FLUT) is established in order to confirm the scope of RGB values of the color mark.The Run Length Encoding(RLE) technique is applied to reconstruct the image and calculate the center of gravity of the color mark.At last,it is compared with the standard position to show whether the registration deviation is exist or not.Experiment proves that it only takes few microseconds to detect twelve colors at once,which is suit to high speed chromatic printing machine.
