摘要
通过对高速卧式加工中心回转工作台机械结构、工况的分析,结合其刚度性能设计指标要求,建立了回转工作台有限元分析模型,并对其约束与工况载荷进行了计算与导入。基于ANSYS平台针对THS6350高速卧式加工中心回转工作台进行刚度分析,找出了工作台的最大应力、应变部位,并对其刚度进行了校核计算。分析结果表明,此工作台结构满足刚度性能和设计指标要求。
Based on the analysis of the mechanical structure and working conditions of the rotary worktable of high speed horlzontal machining center THS6350 and combined with its design index requirements for rigidity performance, a finite element analysis model of the rotary worktable is established. Its constraints and loads are calculated and imported. Through the rigidity analysis with ANSYS, the maximum stress and strain positions of the worktable are identified and she checking calculation of its rigidity is carried out. The analysis results show that the worktable structure can meet the design index requirements for rigidity performance.
