摘要
染整厂定形机废气热能回收的基本途径主要有预热新鲜空气、预热生产用水和作为助燃空气等三种方法;换热方式则有集中换热和分散换热。可根据实际情况选用板式换热器和热管换热器。文中讨论了各种换热方式和换热设备的优缺点。以一台废气量为16 000 Nm3/h的定形机为例,年节约燃料费用18.8万元,经济效益十分可观。
The basic approaches to exhaust heat recovery from setting machine in dyeing and finishing plant are three methods of preheating fresh air,preheating production water,and as combustion air.The heat exchanging modes are centralized and decentralized heat exchanger.The plate or pipe heat exchanger can be selected according to actual situation.This paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of various modes and equipments of heat exchanging.For example,a setting machine with waste gas volume of 16 000 Nm3/h,can save 188 thousand Yuan in fuel cost.The economic benefits are substantial.
