充满希望的急性缺血性卒中治疗——机械性治疗 被引量：4

摘要 卒中是导致人类死亡和严重致残的主要病因，其中以缺血性卒中占绝大多数。急性缺血性卒中的治疗在卒中治疗中具有十分重要的意义。脑组织对血液供给具有特殊的依赖性。当脑组织处于缺血状态时，决定其是否向梗死转化的因素在于能否及时、有效地恢复血液灌注，即使是暂时的，也可能会有巨大的好处。
