摘要
基于大同矿区石炭系煤层受岩浆岩入侵而使煤层结构复杂,为解决工作面回采巷道支护困难问题,以大同煤矿集团虎龙沟煤矿5号煤层放顶煤开采工作面巷道支护设计为例,介绍了高预紧力锚杆和"鸟窝"锚索支护技术。通过ANSYS数值模拟软件对5号煤层围岩松散破碎圈分析计算,选取锚杆长度2 200 mm,预紧力最小60 kN。经过对巷道支护的综合监测,进入稳定阶段后,顶板锚杆拉力为70.6 kN,锚索拉力为86.7 kN,顶底板移近量为35 mm,表明顶板无明显离层现象,巷道围岩稳定,支护效果良好。
Based on the Carboniferous System seam with magmatic rock intrusion in Datong Mining Area,thus made the seam structure complicated and the mining and support difficult of the coal miming face,taking the gateway support design of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face in No.5 seam of Hulonggou Mine,Datong Coal Mine Group as an example,the paper introduced the high pre-tension bolt and 'birds nest' anchor support technology.The ANSYS numerical simulation software was applied to analyze and calculate the soft and broken ring in the surrounding rock of No.5 seam.The length of the bolt was selected as 2 200 mm and the min pre-tension was selected as 60 kN.With the comprehensive monitoring and measuring of the gateway support,after the gateway was in the stable stage,when the pulling force of the roof bolt would be 70.6 kN,the pulling force of the anchor was 86.7 kN and the convergence of the roof and floor was 35 mm,the roof would have no obvious bed separation phenomenon,the surrounding rock of the gateway would be stable and the support effect would be excellent.
