摘要
本文结合项目型企业的特点和知识管理能力的定义,分析了项目型企业知识管理能力的内涵,构建了项目型企业知识管理能力评价指标体系,建立了模糊综合评估模型,并对某企业实例进行了评价与分析。实例分析表明:知识管理能力的模糊综合评价有助于项目型企业认识自身知识管理水平和发现自身不足,并为企业改进和完善知识管理工作提供一个参考依据。
Considering the features of the project-driven enterprise and the definition of knowledge management capability,this article analyzes the meanings of knowledge management capability of the project-driven enterprise, builds the evaluation index system,constructs the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,and evaluates and analyzes an enterprise for a case study.The case study shows that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation can help the projectdriven enterprise understand its knowledge management level,find out its shortages,and provide it with a reference basis to improve and perfect its knowledge management work.
