摘要
目的:总结改良硬膜外阻滞结合手法正脊治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床体会。方法:应用改良硬膜外阻滞结合手法正脊治疗156例腰椎间盘突出症患者。每10天1次,3次1个疗程。结果:优82例,良44例,可18例,差12例。优良率:80.7%;总有效率:92.3%。结论:改良硬膜外阻滞结合手法正脊治疗腰椎间盘突出症简单,安全,实用,疗效明显。
Objective：To summarise the clinical effects of the combination of the improved epidural block and the Massage techniques to treat lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods：Using the improved epidural block and the Massage techniques to treat 156 cases.once with every ten days and three times for a course.Results：82cases are the best,44 cases are better,18 cases are good,and 12 case are bad.The total effective rate is 92.3%,which has 80.7% are good.Conclusion：The treatment of the improved epidural block and the Massage techniques is simple,safe,usful and effective.
