摘要
目的探讨新生儿医院多药耐药菌感染传播预防与控制的有效方法。方法 2009年1-12月医院感染管理科制定医院多药耐药菌感染预防与控制指南,明确相关科室工作职责和有关技术操作规范,督促检查指南的落实;对多药耐药菌感染实施目标性监测;加强医务人员相关知识培训;医院感染管理科组织,多科合作。结果相关管理制度执行良好,各项技术操作规范;掌握医院近期多药耐药菌感染的细菌构成、科室分布、标本来源构成等特点;研究期间新生儿未发生医院多药耐药菌感染流行或暴发事件。结论医院感染管理科制定和督促落实医院多药耐药菌感染预防与控制指南,对多药耐药菌感染实施目标性监测;医务人员进行相关内容培训,多科合作的综合措施,是新生儿医院多药耐药菌感染传播预防与控制的有效方法。
OBJECTIVE To study the effective method of preventing and controlling the spread of multidrug- resistant infection in newborns in hospitals. METHODS In a one-year period from 2009.1 to 2009.12, the hospital Infection control workers developed multi-resistant nosocomial infection prevention and control guidelines, specified the work of the relevant sections＇ operational responsibilities and related technical specifications, supervised the implementation of inspection guidelines~ enforced targeted monitoring towards multi-resistant infections; enhanced medical personnel training of related knowledge; organized multi-department cooperation in Hospital Infection Control Department. RESULTS Correlated management system was implemented well, various techniques were operated normatively. The recent multi-resistant hospital bacterial infections composition, departments distribution, composition of the source samples and other characteristic had been mastered. During the study, there was no epidemic or outbreak event of neonatal multi-resistant infections in hospitals. CONCLUSION Hospital infection control department developing and supervising the implementation of multi- resistant nosocomial infection prevention and control guidelines, enforcing targeted monitoring, training medical personnel of related knowledge and multi-department cooperation these comprehensive measures are effective ways to prevent and control neonatal hospital spread of infection of multidrug resistance bacteria.
