摘要
目的了解医院感染的实际情况,为提高医院感染的管理水平提供科学依据。方法采用横断面调查的方法,对2009年8月26日的住院患者进行医院感染现患率调查。结果应调查住院患者479例,实际调查471例,实查率98.33%,发生医院感染13例、17例次,医院感染现患率2.76%,例次感染率3.61%,感染部位以呼吸道为首位。结论通过医院感染现患率调查,全面了解医院感染现状,加强临床标本送检,规范抗菌药物合理使用,从而不断降低医院感染率。
OBJECTIVE To understand the actual situation of nosocomial infection, to provide a scientific basis for improving the management level. METHODS The prevalence rate of nosocomial infections of inpatients enrolled hospital on Aug 26th 2009 was investigated by using cross-section study. RESULTS In this survey, 479 cases were investigated in plan, but 471 examples were actually investigated. Nosocomial infection occurred in 13 cases and 17 case-times, the nosocomial infection prevalence rate was 2. 76%, the case-time infection rate was 3.61%, the respiratory tract was the major infected site. CONCLUSION Through the survey, a comprehensive understanding about the nosocomial infection, which the submission of clinical specimens should be strengthened and the rational use of antimicrobial agents should be standardized, can continuously reduce the hospital infection rate.
