摘要
目的:通过测定冷冻(T=-18℃)、冷藏(T=4℃)保存条件下环孢菌素A全血样品的浓度,研究环孢菌素A的稳定性。方法:本实验采用荧光偏振免疫法(FPIA)测定环孢菌素A的浓度。结果:冷藏保存20天、冷冻保存30天后的样品浓度与取血当日的样品浓度有统计学差异。结论:环孢菌素A的全血样本冷冻保存少于20天,冷藏保存少于15天测得的浓度与取血当日测得的浓度无统计学差异,因此环孢菌素A全血样本可以在冷藏条件下保存15天,在冷冻条件下保存20天。
Ciclosporin A whole blood sample store under refrigeration (T = 4℃)or freezing (T= - 18℃ )condition,study the stability of Ciclosporin A. METHODS: Fluorescence Polarization Immuoassay. RESULT: Concentration of Ciclosporin A whole blood sample store under refrigeration 20 days or store under freezing one months has a statisticallydifference with the concentration determine on the take whole bolld day. CONCLUTION: Ciclosporin A whole bolld sample can store 15 days under refrigeration condition or 20 days under freezing condition.
