红壤坡地自然恢复生态系统黄檀叶片蒸腾特性与生理生态因子日变化 被引量:2

Diurnal variation of leaf transpiration characteristics of Dalbergia hupeana Hance and its physio-ecological factors in natural restoration ecosystem on slope lands of red soil regions

摘要 为了揭示红壤坡地自然恢复生态系统碳水耦合循环的生理生态机制,采用Licor-6400(LICOR Lincoln USA)便携式光合仪对中国科学院桃源农业生态试验站自然恢复生态系统中重要树种黄檀不同部位叶片的蒸腾速率以及主要生理生态因子进行了测定,分析了黄檀叶片蒸腾速率的日变化规律,估算了其水分利用效率,并对蒸腾速率、水分利用效率与生理生态因子进行了相关分析和回归分析.结果表明:(a)蒸腾速率日变化表现为单峰型曲线,同一生长季节不同部位叶片蒸腾速率的大小不同,6月下旬晴天,蒸腾速率大小排序依次为上层叶、中层叶和下层叶;(b)黄檀蒸腾作用与生理生态因子的关系随着叶片部位不同而有一定的差异,黄檀蒸腾速率与气温、叶温、气孔导度、光合有效辐射和水汽压亏缺呈正相关关系,与胞间CO2浓度和相对湿度呈负相关关系;(c)黄檀上层叶片水分利用效率日变化呈现单峰曲线,最大水分利用效率出现在14:00左右,中、下层叶片水分利用效率日变化都呈现双峰曲线,且各层叶片最大水分利用效率都出现在10:00左右. In order to study the physio-ecological mechanism of carbon-water coupling cycle in the natural restoration ecosystem on the slope lands of red soil regions,the transpiration rates in different parts of leaves of Dalbergia hupeana Hance,an important species,and the main physio-ecological factors in the natural restoration ecosystem at Taoyuan Station of Agro-ecology Research of Chinese Academy of Sciences were determined by use of a portable photosynthesis measurement system LI-COR 6400(LI-COR Lincoln USA).The diurnal variation rules of the transpiration rates of leaves of Dalbergia hupeana Hance were analyzed.The water use efficiency was estimated.The correlation and regression analyses were carried out for the transpiration rate,water use efficiency and physio-ecological factors.Some conclusions are drawn as follows:(a) The curve of the diurnal variation of the transpiration rate is unimodal,and the magnitude of the transpiration rates in different parts of the leaves during the same growth season is different.On sunny days in late June,the transpiration rate of leaves has the following descending order: the upper leaves,the middle leaves and the lower leaves.(b) The relationship between the transpiration rates and the physio-ecological factors changes with different parts of the leaves,and the transpiration rates of Dalbergia hupeana Hance are positively correlated with the air temperature,leaf temperature,stomatal conductance,photosynthetic active radiation and vapor pressure deficit and are negatively correlated with the intercellular CO2 concentration and relative humidity.(c) The curve of the diurnal variation of the water use efficiency at the upper leaves is unimodal,and the maximum water use efficiency appears at about 2:00 pm,while the curve of the diurnal variation of the water use efficiency at the middle and lower leave is bimodal,and the maximum water use efficiency appears at about 10:00 am.
