摘要
建筑膜结构施工前注意协调组织业主、设计、监理、质检各方的工作,是保证施工质量的关键之一。本文重点阐述了建筑膜结构(钢材和膜材)的加工制作过程,指出膜材的检验、放样、焊接、包装与运输的注意事项,介绍了现场施工时钢结构的拼装与吊装,膜结构的展开、固定、吊装、张拉等关键技术以及膜结构的使用维护。
It＇s the key to coordinate owners, designers, supervisors, and quality control personnel before installation of membrane structure for project quality. The article focuses on fabrication of membrane structure and poits out matters needing attention like inspection, lay-out, welding, packaging and transportation. It also describes key techniques including splicing and erecting of steel structure, unfold, fixing, lifting, tensioning of membrane structure as well as maintenance.
