摘要
目的为药品集中采购工作的健康发展及有关部门的相关决策提供参考。方法分析了当前药品集中采购中存在的突出问题、根源及其危害性,提出了解决问题的方案。结果与结论自2000年开始进行药品招标采购试点,至今已经走过了10的历程。改革取得的成效是不容质疑的,存在的问题也是实实在在的。只有正视问题进一步实施改革才是出路。
Objective It was a reference for the healthy development of centralized drug purchase and the relevant decision-making authorities.Methods The prominent problems,causes and hazards of the current centralized drug purchase were analyzed,and the projects to solve the problem were proposed.Results and Conclusion Since 2000 to begin a pilot of centralized drug purchase,it has gone through 10 years.The achievements of reform can not be questioned,the problems were real.It is the way only to further implementation of the reform by facing the problem.
