梅山高炉水力冲渣工艺的改造

摘要 梅山高炉冲渣在第三代高炉大修时采用了沉淀式过滤法,投产使用2年多以来,效果很好。全公司每年节水 5 050 m3,节省流失的水渣约 3万多 t,水循环率自 42%提高到 90%以上,运行稳定可靠;水质澄清,社会效益、经济效益都比较显著。 The settlement-filtration method for blast furnace slag flushing was used during major maintenance of the third generation blast furnace of Meishan Group Co. The method has been used for over two years and has got satisfactory effects. Water of 5 050 m3 and slag of about 30 000 t are saved annually. Water cir- culation rate of the company increases from 42 % to over 90%. The operation is sta- ble and reliable and water quality is clean. The social benefits and economic benefits are significant.
