摘要
利用饱和溶液法制备对乙酰氨基酚与β-环糊精包合物(简称包合物)。经差热分析法进行鉴定,证明对乙酰氨基酸与β-环糊精(β-CD)确已形成包合物。并通过正交试验设计,对包合工艺条件进行优选,得到的包合物经含量测定主客分子比为1:3时包合率达39.15％。
A inclusion complex of acetaminophen-β-CD was produced by saturation water solution method. The inclusion complex had been formed truly from acetaminophen-β-CD, identified by the differential scanning calormetric method. The inclusion technique conditions were selected through orthogonal experimental design. The inclusive rate was 39.15 % by content determination in inclusion complex obtained at the molercular ratio of acetaminophen toβ-CD was 1:3.
