摘要
目的:评估手术室护生安全防护知识与技能培训的效果。方法:对护生进行入室前的告知、规章制度、技术操作规范、电器使用、语言行为规范、自我防护等培训,在实习后期对护生进行理论和操作技能的考核。结果:理论合格率89.2%,技术操作合格率92.7%,针刺伤3例,护理纠纷2例,无差错事故发生。结论:在手术室带教中加强安全防范意识的培训,是保证病人和自身安全的重要措施,不但提高了护理质量,减少护理纠纷和自身伤害,也提高了护生的自身素质。
Objective：To evaluate the effect of the safety knowledge and technique training in nursing students.Method：Before the nursing students entered operating room,they were trained on regulations,nursing technical norms and using electrical equipment,the code of behavior and language,self-protection.During the later period of the clinical practice,the theory and nursing technique of the nursing students were test.Rusults：The quality rates of theory and technique manipulation test were 89.2% and 92.7%,3 needle stick injuries and 2 nursing flaws occurred,no error occurred in nursing students.Conclusion：In the course of training operating room＇s nursing students,strengthening the training for safety consciousness is the most important measure of guaranteeing the safety of patients and themselves,not only improve the quality of nursing,reduce nursing disputes and self-harm,but also improve the nursing students own quality.
