摘要
目的:中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎观察临床疗效。方法:选择门诊病人184例,分成治疗组92例,在使用常规对症性治疗与支持性治疗的基础上,并予中医治疗;对照组92例单独使用对症性治疗与支持性治疗。治疗后比较两组病人的治疗效果。结果:治疗后总有效率治疗组为97.8%,对照组为81.5%;差异有统计学意义(X2=15.27,P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎疗效好。
Objective：To observe the combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine on Chronic gastritis.Methods：Totally 184 inpatients were selected and divided into treatment group（94 cases）which received routine heteropathy,supportive treatment and Chinese traditional treatment,control group which only treated wich routine heteropathy and supportive treatment.After the treatments,the effects on 2 groups were compared.Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was 97.8%,that of control group was 81.5%,the difference was significant（X2=15.27,P0.01）.Conclusion：Combination of Chinese Taditional and Western Medicine has good effect on chronic gastritis.
