摘要
借助于大型有限元分析软件ANSYS,针对A型密封圈大变形和非线性特征,建立了橡胶A型密封圈与沟槽接触的非线性有限元分析模型,进行了最大接触应力与唇部形状变化的敏感性分析。其结果对提高A形密封圈的研究设计水平,改善密封圈的性能具有一定的理论意义和指导作用。
With the help of commercial finite element analysis code,ANSYS,focusing on characteristics of big deformation and nonlinear in A seal-ring,a nonlinear finite element model for rubber A-sealing ring and its groove were set up.Sensitivity analysis of biggest contact stress and shape change of the lip was done.The result of this study has great theoretical and applicable meaning for the improvement of level of study and design and modification the performance of A seal-ring.
