摘要
以色列物理学家Goldratt于1997年出版了《关键链》一书,将约束理论(TOC)应用于项目管理,提出用关键链取代传统的关键路径方法,实现了项目管理理念与方法的重大突破。文章分析了CPM/PERT(关键路径法)的不足,简要介绍了约束理论和关键链技术的基本原理,利用启发式算法进行实例分析,提出了应用关键链技术的对策和建议。
In 1997,Dr.Goldratt,an Israeli physicist,published the 'Critical Chain'.In that book,he applied the theory of constraints(TOC) to project management,brought forward the basic methods of critical chain,and used 'critical chain' to replace the traditional 'critical path'.It made a great breakthrough of the project management concepts and methods.This paper firstly analyzes the CPM/ PERT deficiencies,and then briefly introduces the basic principle of critical chain technology,and uses Heuristic Algorithm to analyze project case,concludes with countermeasures and suggestions for application of critical chain technology.
