摘要
从泰罗的科学管理创立以来,整个管理科学的体系以职能分工为基础进行构建,形成了"职能中心论"。但流程再造以后特别是流程管理的概念出现之后,这种"职能中心论"被打破,开始构建以流程为中心的管理科学方法体系,形成了"流程中心论"。
Since Taylor＇s scientific management is created, the system of the whole management science has structured basing on the function dividing which formed ＂function-centre theory＂. After the business process reengineering especially after the concept of business process management appears, this kind of ＂ function-centre theory ＂ is broken, begin to structure the scientific method system based on business process what have formed ＂process-centre theory ＂
