Photocatalytic Degradation of Methyl Orange Using TiO_2 Loaded on a Molecular Sieve

摘要 采用简单混合法和固相分散法制备了包含HZSM-5型分子筛的TiO2光催化剂,考察了该催化剂在甲基橙光催化降解反应中的活性。将TiO2和分子筛简单混合,光催化降解活性与纯TiO2基本相同。在m(TiO2):m(HZSM-5)<1∶20时,固相分散法制备的光催化剂对甲基橙的吸附能力和光催化活性随分子筛质量的增加而增加,m(TiO2):m(HZSM-5)在1∶20和1∶50之间时光催化活性保持平稳。在TiO2质量浓度相同时,固相分散法制备的TiO2/HZSM-5光催化剂的活性远高于纯TiO2。光照30 min后,当ρ(TiO2)为40 mg/L时对甲基橙总的脱色率是68.8%,其中光催化降解率为57.1%;同样条件下,纯TiO2对甲基橙脱色率是32.7%。 TiO2 photocatalysts containing HZSM-5 molecular sieve were prepared by simple mixing and solid state dispersion methods,and photocatalytic activity for methyl degradation of the catalysts was investigated.When the mixture of TiO2 and HZSM-5 was added into the solution,its photocatalytic activity was almost as same as that of pure TiO2.For the solid state disper sion catalyst when TiO2:HZSM-5 ratio was less than 1∶ 20,improved adsorption and photocatalytic activity were achieved with increasing HZSM-5.The activity maintained stable at TiO2:HZSM-5 ratio between 1∶ 20 and 1∶ 50.Photocatalytic activity of the photocatalyst prepared by solid state dispersion was much higher than that of pure TiO2 when in same TiO2 concentration.After 30 min of irradiation,methyl orange total decolorization rate of TiO2/HZSM-5 was 68.8% when TiO2 concentration was 40 mg/L,within which photocatalytic degradation rate was 57.1%,while in same condition,methyl orange total decolorization rate of pure TiO2 was 32.7%.
