摘要
高速高精度数控机床因为加工精度、加工效率的优势得到了越来越多的应用,但对机床动态特性的要求也越高。对配置FANUC18I系统的数控机床伺服功能进行分析,通过调整优化伺服系统控制参数,为数控机床运行动态特性的提高提出一些方法参考。
High speed and high precision CNC machine become more widely accepted and used because of the accuracy and efficiency. The need of dynamic characteristic of machine tool has become higher and higher. Servo control of CNC machine based on FANUCI8I is analyzed. The parameters of servo control are adjusted and optimized. Some methods are proposed to improve dynamic characteristic of machine tool.
