摘要
目的了解我院呼吸内科抗生素的使用情况。方法随机抽取我院2008年5～12月的住院病历450份,对使用抗生素各种情况进行调查,并用检验法进行回顾性的分析。结果该组患者中有367例使用了抗生素,使用品种有32种。用药过程中,一联占46.05%、二联占43.32%、三联占7.63%、四联占3.00%,这些抗生素的使用者中最长用了31d。结论我院呼吸内科抗生素应用比较合理,但是疗程太长,应该有所节制。
objective to understand the hospital respiratory medicine antibiotics.Methods Our approach randomly to May 2008 to December,the anamnesis of 450 to antibiotic use various investigation and inspection,retrospective analysis.Results in this group of patients using antibiotics,367 patients using varieties are 32 species,Use process,one of the 46.05%,43.32% accounts for 7.63%,f.,3.00% accounts,these four league of antibiotics in the user with 31 days is the longest.Conclusion our respiratory medicine antibiotics is more reasonable,but the treatment for too long,should be somewhat abstemious.
