摘要
目的稻叶划伤导致角膜溃疡的特点分析。方法对角膜溃疡患者实施常规性角膜刮片染色检查,排除真菌感染后,给予0.3%诺氟沙星眼药水点患眼,全身应用广谱抗生素,并予以中药治疗,对已确诊为真菌性角膜溃疡的患者,需要进行溃疡面的处理,并且配合中药清热化湿汤治疗。结果 42例平均住院天数7～50d,以第30天眼部恢复情况作疗效统计,42例中,痊愈21例,占50%;显效9例,占21.43%;有效8例,占19.05%;无效4例,占9.52%。结论防止角膜穿孔,促进溃疡愈合,对合并患者的真菌性角膜溃疡,怎样提高疗效,还有待于临床讨论。
Objective scratch Inaba features of corneal ulcers caused.Methods for patients with corneal ulcer routine staining of corneal scrapings to exclude fungal infection,0.3% norfloxacin eye drops for eye patients,systemic spectrum antibiotics and to traditional Chinese medicine that have been diagnosed with fungal keratitis patients,the need for treatment of ulcers,and Treatment of Dampness with the traditional Chinese medicine.Results 42 patients with average number 7～50 days,with the first 30 days for eye recovery,42 cases curative statistics,21 cases,50% heal,9 cases of rheumati arthritis.results 21.43%,Effective 8 cases,accounting for 19.05%,4 cases,9.52% accounts.Conclusion to prevent corneal perforation,promote ulcer healing.The merger of fungal corneal ulceration,patients how to improve clinical curative effect,remains to be discussed.
