摘要
目的探讨醒脑静对慢性脑缺血大鼠认知功能及细胞间黏附分子的影响。方法利用24只成年大鼠,采用双侧颈总动脉结扎的方法制作慢性大鼠脑缺血模型,分为假手术组、慢性缺血组和醒脑静治疗组。治疗组腹腔注射醒脑静注射液,2个月后用Y-迷宫检测学习能力。用免疫组化法检测脑组织细胞间黏附分子1的表达。结果醒脑静治疗组大鼠Y迷宫错误反应次数明显少于对照组,与此相类似,细胞间黏附分子1的表达在治疗组也少于模型组。结论慢性脑缺血可影响大鼠的认知能力,而醒脑静可减轻认知功能的损害程度。
Objective To investigate the impact of Xingnaojing Injection on cognitive function on rats with chronic cerebral ischemia and intercellular adhesion molecules.Method By using bilateral carotid artery ligation chronic cerebral ischemia model in adult rats was made and divided into three groups: intraperitoneal injection of the Injection taken as treatment group,sham operation group and chronic ischomic group;later two months detection of Y-maze learning ability was made.By immunohistochemical assay in brain tissue intercellular adhesion molecule-1 expression was detected.Results Xingnaojing treatment results of Y maze rats were significantly less than the error response of control group,which was similar to that intercellular adhesion molecule-1 expression in the treatment group was also less than the treatment group.Conclusion Chronic cerebral ischemia in rats can affect cognitive abilities,and the cognitive function by using Xingnaojing Injection could be reduced the extent of the damage.
