摘要
西部高等教育公平是社会公平的重要基础,是西部经济发展的强大动力,是构建和谐社会的基本要求。但西部地区高考生享有的教育机会不公平和西部高校就读学生教育过程不公平影响了高等教育公平发展的总体进度。要促进西部高等教育公平,应制定更为科学、合理的招生制度,促进高等教育机会均等;加强政府政策导向,加大西部高校建设投入;完善贫困学生资助措施,促进高等教育机会公平;创新环境,吸引优秀人才充实师资队伍;调整、改革高等教育成本分担机制。
Justice in higher education in western region is the important foundation of social justice,the great driving force for economic development and the basic requirement of building a harmonious society.But in the western region,the injustice of education opportunity that the examinees get and the injustice of education process that the college students experience will influence the general process of justice development in higher education.In order to promote the justice,a more reasonable and scientific system should be made,which can be helpful for the equality of education opportunity.Governmental guidance of policy should be strengthened,and more investment for college construction in the western region should be enlarged.The measurers to support impoverished students should be improved.A good teaching condition should be created,which can attract excellent talents to make a good teaching team.The sharing system of education cost can be modified and innovated.
