摘要
目的:建立盐酸伊立替康中8种有机溶剂残留量的分离测定方法。方法:采用气相色谱法,色谱柱为SE-54(50m×0.53mm×1.0μm),氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),氮气为载气,程序升温,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为溶解介质,二氯乙烷为内标物。结果:8种有机溶剂完全分离,线性关系与精密度良好。结论:本方法可用于盐酸伊立替康中有机溶剂残留量的检测。
Objective: To develop a method for determination of eight residual solvents in irinotecan hydrochloride. Methods: The residual solvents were determined by GC on SE--54 column(50m×0.53mm×1.0μm)with FID detector, nitrogen as the carrier, N, N-dimethylformamide(DMF) as solvent media, 1,2-diehloroethane as internal standard, the column temperature rose by program. Results:The eight residual solvents in irinotecan hydrochloride can be completely separated, and the calibration curves of each solvent were linear, precision was good too. Conclusion:The method is accurate and reliable. It is suitable for detection of residual sol- vents in irinotecan hydrochloride.
