一种基于遗传算法的相干最优算法

摘要 相干最优过程是通过在各种散射机制中寻求最优的散射机制,对于干涉合成孔径雷达(InSAR),可以改善SAR图像之间的相干系数,而对于极化干涉合成孔径雷达(POLInSAR),不仅可以改善不同极化通道之间的相干系数,还能改善地物分类和垂直结构参数估计。文中提出的相干最优算法利用遗传算法在优化问题中求解全局最优值方面的优势,将遗传算法引入到相干最优的过程中,解决了相干系数在优化过程中不能收敛到全局最优值的问题,同时避免搜索寻优的遍历方式。实验结果表明,该算法与现有的算法相比,得到了更高的相干系数。 By searching for the optimal mechanism in various scattering mechanisms, coherence optimization process can get the maximum coherence. The process can be used to improve the coherence between SAR images for lnSAR system. And for POLInSAR system, it not only can be used to improve the coherence between different polarization channels, but also use can help to improve classification and vertical structure parameters estimation process. So it is very important to SAR. The proposed coherence optimization algorithm has solved the problem that the existing algorithms cannot obtain the global maximum value, by making use of genetic algorithm in the optimization process meanwhile avoiding using searching method. Experimental results have shown that compared to the existing algorithms, greater coherence can be obtained.
