摘要
近年来,在人力资源管理的实践中形成了"头痛医头,脚痛医脚"的混乱现象,对综合性问题往往缺乏系统的思考和综合治理。本文通过对社会惰化效应影响及产生原因的剖析,指出人力资源3P模式是消除社会惰化效应,使人力资源管理的核心技术从混杂走向规范,从相互之间的松散关系到紧密相连的最佳模式。社会惰化效应的消除,将使3P模式由一个理论的逻辑体系转变成一个可操作的目标实践体系。
In recent years,in human resources practice,there has been a confusing phenomenon of curing head while headache and curing feet while feet pain,lacking systematical thinking and integrated treatment of overall problems.With the analysis on social loafing effect and its relevant reasons,this paper states that 3P model is the best model suitable to eliminate social loafing effect,shift the core skill of human resources management from confusion to regulation,and turn loose relationship into close connection.By eliminating social loafing effect,we try to transform 3P model from a theoretical system to an operable objective practical system.
