摘要
针对车载逆变电源输入侧低压大电流的特点,提出一种前级为并联LC谐振式推挽直流变换电路的高效率逆变电源结构,详细阐述了整个电源的工作原理。提出一种绿色工作模式,即通过在空载状态下前级推挽电路间歇式工作来控制中间直流母线电压在允许范围内波动,达到降低逆变器空载损耗的目的。最终设计制作了一台AC220 V输出,额定功率1 kW的逆变器,测试其额定效率大于90%,绿色模式下损耗仅为10.89 W。
For the feature of low input voltage and high input current of the automotive inverter,an inverter topology with a front-end paralleling LC resonant push-pull converter is presented.The system structure and theory is elaborat-ed.A green operation mode to reduce the power loss under no load is proposed that the front-end push-pull converter intermitted operates to control the proper fluctuation of the middle bus voltage.A prototype with AC220 V output and 1 kW power is fabricated and measured.The data shows the inverter efficiency beyond 90% and the power loss un-der green operation mode is only 10.89 W.
